TERMS & CONDITIONS : PLEASE READ

CANCELATION POLICY: All cancelation must be made at minimum 48 hours before pick up is booked. Any cancelation after that time will result in loss of deposit that is non- refundable. Company is not liable for any mechanical breakdowns while in transport but will make up lost time on a separate agreed date. TIME OVERAGE: Over time limit charges will apply after contracted time which will result in another 1 hour charge if time overage is caused by clients.DAMAGES: the client is fully liable for damages caused to vehicle during the scheduled time. Anything broken, needs to be replaced , destroyed including vomit, smoking, extra mess or anything Royal Limo & Bus deemed unacceptable, client or clients group will be charged for. Damage fees of up to $500 will be charged if damages meet that total. SEATING CAPACITY: client must not exceed legal limit of passengers that is legally permitted.
